We always differentiate between an internship for professional orientation (professional internship) or a student internship which serves to develop specialty knowledge during the course of writing a diploma, bachelor, or master's thesis.

These internships last from three to six months.

• Production control - reduction of inventory, reduction of manufacturing lead time
• Material science - hot forming and heat treatment of steel
• Machining technology - cutting technology of steel
