Christine Pfister - Human Resource Department
As I didn't have any experiences in this area, it was very interesting for me to work here. My jobs were the creation of a handbook for the personnel, the cooperation at the designing of the personnel inserts as well as the creation of the career sites of the Erne homepage. Further I was involved at the preparations for the upcoming job fair. What I really liked about my work at Erne, was the diversity of my jobs and the self-employment which I had at the handling of my tasks. Furthermore I was completely integrated so I was able to get to know the day-to-day business in this area.

Sarah Rauch - Competence Center
My scope of activities in the competence center covered the cooperation at the creation of company and training documents, the development of ideas and the co-design of the professional performance at our customers as well as the self-dependent creation and implementation of the various technical training documents of the Erne academy into a modern design, which can be presented. I really liked at Erne, that I was able to bring in my own ideas and the contact with customers.

Maxime-Vianney Deregnaucourt - Competence Center
Within my employment at Erne Fittings I write my diploma thesis with the topic "Optimization of production for the Hamburger hot forming over mandrel process based on statistical methods". As I am a student from France, this internship is very interesting for me because I have the opportunity to finish my study as well as to get to know better the working environment of Austria. I really like my work at Erne because it is very diversified and I am able to transfer my theoretical knowledge into the praxis.
